Fill out top of form as much as possible. Be sure to include at least your email address and which Cabinet Series your are interested in. Fill out the bottom, by drawing a kitchen layout as best you can, or by listing the products needed: include qty, sku, and product description. Please describe your existing kitchen and your new kitchen layout as complete as possible.

If you have trouble completing this form, fill out as much as possible and we will help with the rest. For further help on filling out and drawing kitchen layout refer to the Kitchen Design section of this website. If you have any questions regarding how to complete this form, please call us.

Call Us at 1-888-797-7477 with your list of products to be quoted, or kitchen design needs. Our design consultants are available to assist you during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST.

Fax Information

Fax your Request for Quote form to 1-714-974-8442. Cover Page not needed. Fax the Request for Quote form, and attach any additional documents such as; kitchen layout, list of products to be quoted, description, kitchen photos, or any other design needs. Our design consultants are available to assist you during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST.
