Shipping Policy

When you receive your cabinets fully inspect your shipment. If there is any damage during shipping we will need you to verify the damage at the time of delivery. You will also need to inform the driver of the damage and have him write on the ticket the number of boxes that have been damaged and then have him sign and date the delivery ticket. You will then need to take a picture of the damaged box or boxes. Preceeding that you will need to open the box/boxes and inspect the contents. If there is any damage to the contents, take pictures and E-Mail and/or mail them to us. We will send you a new replacement immediately. There will be no replacement without a copy of the delivery ticket and photos. We need the above information for us to receive reimbursements from the trucking company in any damages have incured. Reason being, when we put together your shipment we inspect each box. At the time the trucking company picks up your shipment they sign a document that states, that there is no damage to any of the boxes on your shipment. Once we have all of the information we need we will ship the replacement boxes to you at no charge. We will then contact the trucking company with the information you provided.

Immediate shipping to the lower 48 states within 3 business weeks! One of the things we pride ourselves here at Cabinets for less is our shipping. Once your invoice has been paid for you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-3 weeks from the time of payment. More often than not you will have your items delivered within 2 weeks time.We can offer these quick shipping times due to the cabinet warehouse and millions of dollars worth of product stocked. Upon paying for your invoice we will ship your order from the warehouse to assure you have your items delivered as fast as possible. In the case that an item is out of stock we will notify you. We do check our inventory at the time invoices are sent, however, we cannot guarantee these items will be in stock at the time your shipment is ready to be shipped. Should items be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a time frame for delivery on out of stock items - this could take only a few days or up to a month or more depending on the piece(s) ordered. More often than not it takes an additional week or two for stock to arrive. If you have any questions about our shipping and delivery please contact our staff prior to placing your order.

Warranty

All Cabinets for Less products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Ten Years from the date of possession, unless further specific warranties are extended. The overall term of the warranty is from the original possession date, and replacement parts or products are deemed original for the purpose of this warranty.

If a product is found to be defective upon inspection the defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge, or a credit allowance may be issued to the damaged product. This warranty obligation is a Limited Warranty and is for the repair, replacement or credit adjustment of the defective component and those other components integrally associated with it. It does not cover transportation costs or on-site labor charges, nor any damage or product failure due to transportation, installation, abuse or misuse. This warranty covers only those products supplied by Cabinets for Less. Materials and services supplied by dealers and/or installers are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
